This procedure was created for PM & CM of the General Purpose Steam Turbine & for handling with safety & quality.

This procedure will assist the trainers & the trainees for doing the preventive maintenance & for handling the equipment associated with Saudi Aramco ITD. Also, it will be a guideline for the trainers & the trainees prior working on such kind of equipment.

• Prior the start of the activity makes sure the area is safe & clean. (Y / N)

• Trainees must be qualified from the ITC Academic for better English understanding & must have gone through the theoretical subject matter curriculum / unit prior handling the job.
• Trainees must be accompanied by either ITC trainer or subject matter expert all the time.
• Trainees must have all the PPEs prior job start, like Safety helmet, safety shoe, safety hand gloves, safety goggles, Coverall.
• Trainees must be mentally & physically fit, in case of any mental or physical issue he / she should report immediately to the trainer / subject matter expert & need to be discontinued.
• Trainees must have individual copies for checklist, procedure, OEM Manual (if applicable or available) prior job start & need to comply 100%.
